The City of Hobart sidewalk reimbursement program assists property owners with making the necessary sidewalk repairs to sidewalks abutting their property. Per Chapter 94, Article 66 of the City of Hobart Municipal Code, the responsibility for the repair and maintenance of sidewalks within the City is deemed to be that of the abutting property owner.
